You'll know exactly what was done, where, and why. ### Written Maintenance Guide Every Gates Restoration customer receives a written aftercare guide. It includes: - Seasonal inspection checklist (spring and fall) - Warning signs that warrant a call to us - Gutter and drainage care tips - What to watch for after major weather events - When to schedule your next roof assessment ### Ongoing Availability Questions come up. A branch falls, a storm rolls through, you notice something from the street. We're reachable by phone and email to give you a straight answer about whether it warrants a visit. ### Re-treatment Assessment Go Nano doesn't last forever. How long depends on your roof's condition, your climate, and how well the surface is maintained. We track application dates and reach out when an assessment makes sense—so you're never caught off guard. ## Seasonal Inspection Tips **Spring:** Check for granule loss in gutters (a sign of shingle wear), lifted flashing from freeze-thaw cycles, and any moss or algae growth that appeared over winter. **Fall:** Clear gutters and valleys of leaves and debris before freeze season. Confirm no shingles were lifted or cracked during summer storms. **After Major Storms:** Walk the perimeter and look for shingle debris on the ground. Check gutters for a surge of granules. If anything looks off, call us before it becomes a leak.
